Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional Therapy is all about looking at you as an individual; what your body needs to be eating, not eating, whether supplements will be beneficial, or not. Whilst I have a Master's degree in nutritional therapy, I always use kinesiology and muscle response testing in all my sessions. Kinesiology allows me to understand what might be causing issues rather than simply guessing and hoping that what I recommend will work, or you having to take expensive tests. The two work so well together that I couldn't be a nutritional therapist without using muscle response testing!

Nutritional therapy is client-centric, and what works for one person may not suit another. I do not give everyone the same protocols, nor suggest that everyone cuts out gluten! That said, gluten is a common issue because of how it affects the small intestine, so don't be too surprised if muscle response testing suggests you exclude gluten from your diet for a while!

You may need supplements to effect a change in your health. I keep these to a minimum where possible, and am conscious of budget. I recommend good quality brands, although I am not wedded to any brand. I will use any supplements that you already have, where I can.
