At your first appointment, I will take a case history and then give you a balance to see what is going on with your body. I make recommendations of supplements that will help you, foods to add or eliminate from your diet and when to come back for a follow up.

I like to use supplements that you may already have at home to save on cost. Please bring along any supplements that you take. See my page on buying supplements as this will show you what I look for.

I work from four locations;
  • Malvern: Tuesdays and Fridays
  • Inkberrow: Thursday mornings
  • Bromsgrove: Wednesday mornings
  • Broughton Hackett: Monday & Wednesday evenings, Thursday afternoons.
